Seven-mile beach is Negril’s main attraction, basking in the sun in a blue clear water of the beach and its white sparkling sand is as enjoyable as its other attractions. If you visit Negril for the reason of its famous Seven-mile beach, you will be equally amazed by the added attraction it boosts. Once you got tired or just seeking for another flavor for fun go head for Rhodes hall plantation. It is not just a place for you to see but to experience on hand as well, you can ride horses there, talking about adventure in land, it’s a 550 acre vast terrain that provides an unforgettable adventure to the beginner and advance rider alike. Horseback riding will cost you about $30 to $35 during 45 minutes to 90 minutes of a ride, and may reach up to $40 for a 2 hour ride, a mere cheap inlay for an enjoyable trudge. During a 2 hour trekking you will pass through a coconut and banana plantations after which you can enjoy the thrill of crocodile watching. There is no other way to end the day than go plunge into Rhodes’ beach afterwards while enjoying the sunset at the sea’s horizon. The Northern part of Negril is best explored by horseback riding but you can also delve into a rented car or by scooter, and while passing along the highway with the breathtaking wetlands view of the great Morass, you can stop over the great Hurricane Park there. You can quench your thirst over a rum punch or just a cold soda while savoring the grilled catch of the day while relaxing.
If you head west of Hurricane Park, you will find every beach bums “treasure” place: The Half Moon beach, boosting its “crushed diamond” sands over its sparkling clear azure water. A feast on the senses with foods and native dishes served on thatched manner by the locals.Still haven’t get enough of traveling? Then go head 3 kilometers west of Green Island, there you will discover Rhodes mineral springs and beach. It is a small but inviting beach; piling along its shoulder is numerous thatched bars that wait to quench your thirst while partying along the sand and cool seawater. It is an unending trek to paradise and a close encounter to nature at its best in a bohemian fashion as well.
