St Vincent and Grenadines Dining Print E-mail

West Indian cuisine is on top of the menu in most restaurants and hotels at St. Vincent.

Red snapper, kingfish, lambi (conch), callalou soup, souse (pickled meat or seafood) and sea-moss drink are the top sellers in the Island.  You can actually get almost all seafood dishes at most restaurants in St. Vincent.  After your sumptuous meal, clean your palate with some fresh fruits and finish it off with Vincentian beer and rum.
