St. Martin offers a romantic and lovable place for couples planning to get married. Getting married at St. Martin requires some documents and process.
Here are the documents you need to submit at the registrar: -Request for Marriage -Birth certificates with Apostille Stamp (both couples) -Declaration of Marital Status -Death Certificate (for widows) -Divorce Certificate (for divorced party) -Valid Passport (for foreigners)
Note that all documents should be notarized and all documents should be written in Dutch or English. Documents written in other language should be translated in Dutch and authenticated.
The contract for marriage ranges to US$67.80 to US$112.99. If the couples are minors, a parental consent is may be required. The couples should bring six witnesses if they want the marriage performed outside the marriage hall and only 2 witnesses is required if the marriage will be done inside the marriage hall.
