There is no problem as on how to and what to in terms of air travel going to Barbados there are many international airlines serving to and fro. British Airways, American Airlines, Air Jamaica, Air Canada, Mustique Airways, US Air and Virgin Atlantic. The neighboring islands are also served by LIAT, BWIA and Caribbean Star run. This first class airline absolutely starts your travel in a hassle free and enjoyable vacation.

 And if you’re going to New York from Barbados it will take you 5 hours of a flight, Miami is 3 hours and a half, Los Angeles is 9 hours, and to London is 7 hours and a half.

 By the Sea
Barbados holds a subterranean harbor at Bridgetown. An anchorage to a number of European, American, and British cruise lines that carries tourists ashore. The Bridgetown Cruise ship terminal lugs a multi-purpose market place that makes the waterfront alive with business conglomeration that also contains duty free shops, restaurants and bars, and government agencies such as immigration, health services, and even police assistance.  And for your convenience you can find there some ATM slots, Fax and mobile phone hires, Foreign exchange stalls, and car rental offices.  At the Airport
Barbados Grantley Addams International Airport or BGI is located 13 kilometers east of Bridgetown. Just like any other airports you can find duty free shops there that sell wide varieties of items and souvenirs including crafts and jewelries, cameras, clothing, and perfumes.  There is a departure tax fee of Bd$25 for all leaving passengers but passengers in transit who will be remaining in Barbados for less than 24 hours and children under 12 years old are exempted to the said tax.
